Copa Jiu Jitsu is hosting a Womans Self Defense Seminar in an effort to raise funds for Ukraine. One of my Copa Jiu Jitsu students has a brother that is fighting in the war and is trying to raise money to purchase a truck to transport medical supplies to the troops on the front lines. You will learn essential self defense techniques against the most common attacks that a woman may experience while helping to raise funds for this great humanitarian cause!
